Mediation

Mediation is an informal and confidential way for participants to resolve disputes with the help of a neutral third party. Ms Rhonda does not decide who is right or wrong or determine the best solution. Instead, she helps the participants discuss their differences, explore options, and work out their own solutions to problems.

One of the greatest benefits of mediation is that it allows participants to resolve their differences in a friendly way and in ways that meet their own unique needs. Mediation establishes a level of communication and cooperation between the participants that will continue to be beneficial long into the future. Mediation can be provided for people in relationships as peers in addition to those where a power exchange will remain during conflict. Mediation is also offered for groups such as poly relationships, community groups, and organizations.
